Rules And Regulations

• 1The Hackathon shall begin at 10:00 am, on Feb 14th 2025 and end at 12:00 pm, on 15th Feb 2025.
• 2There will be 2 evaluations - first one after 6 hours since the commencement of the hackathon, and the last one after the 24th hour.
• 3In order to maintain the quality of the solutions, there will be a small abstract submission level as a preliminary level, using some sample problem statements. A total of 20 teams shall be shortlisted.
• 4LinkedIn and GitHub pages of the candidates will be reviewed to ensure only calibered minds are selected.
• 5The decision of the judges will be final at each and every stage.
• 6A team can consist of 4 people, all of whom must be from the same college.
• 7There would be volunteers to help with technical and non-technical issues, as well as domain-wise guidance.
• 8Food for both the days would be provided at the venue.
• 9Everyone must carry their own laptops and other necessary amenities.
• 10Extension boxes and Internet connection would be provided at the venue.
• 11Solutions must not have been used in other competitions.
• 12The final problem statements would be given a week prior to the commencement of the hackathon.
• 13Payment should be done only after the first scrutiny based on the abstract.
• 14Participants can work on either hardware or software solutions.
• 15The final themes for the last offline round would be given 10 days prior to the hackathon. Participants can procure the hardware components they need at their own expense.
• 16The final problem statements for the hackathon, based on the themes, would be listed on the day of the event, and participants can select one of them.
